How to order
When you have found the book you want to buy use the Add to basket button to save the title in your basket. You will be shown how many items are in your basket and their total value at the top right-hand side of the page. Click View Basket to look at the titles you have saved in your basket. At this stage you can add or remove titles.
If you would prefer not to order online, you can order directly with our distributors.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
| UK | £2.75 for first book, £3.25 for second book and £3.50 for 3-20 books. Securicor. |
| Europe | £4.00 per book for first 5 books then £3.00 per book after. Airmail. 2 - 3 weeks delivery. |
| USA & Canada | Cdn $8.50 or US$9.00 for the first book then $2.00 extra each thereafter. 2 weeks delivery. |
| Rest of world | £8.00 per book for first 5 books then £5.00 per book after. Airmail. 4 - 6 weeks delivery. |

Q: I've changed my mind. How do I cancel or change my order?
A: Just email info@channelviewpublications.com and we will ensure your order is cancelled or amended.
Q: I need a book urgently, how can I get it delivered more quickly?
A: We can send your order by courier for an additional charge. If you would like your book sent by a faster service please contact us by email (info@channelviewpublications.com) or phone (+44 (0)117 3158562) as soon as you place your order.
Q: How long will it take for my book to arrive?

Q: I placed my order a long time ago and I still haven't received my book. What should I do?
A: Please see our delivery times above. If it is after the delivery time stated above please contact us at info@channelviewpublications.com and we will trace your order and send a replacement if appropriate.
